In Cairo, I have seen many people throw litter on the streets; cans, bottles, plastic bags, papers, etc. In Western countries, littering is illegal and people may be fined, people also feel selfish and ashamed to litter because it makes the city dirty and ugly for everyone. Do you litter? Why or why not? Do you think the litter in Cairo is a problem? Do you think littering should be illegal in Cairo?

  1. I can not understand the meaning of this question, is intended to answer the question that says, Do you like cleanliness, or not? Or is intended to Islam's position on hygiene?
Islam is a religion the religion of beauty hygiene is the religion which prohibits the impurity, and imposes hygiene before every prayer five times a day
What is the guilt of Islam if Muslims do not practice these teachings
I am very happy because the West applied the teachings of Islam in the hygiene and Withhold

  2. I agree with you about what you see, and I as Egyptian face this problem too. let me told you that sometime I hold cans, bottles, plastic bags, .. in my hands for hours to find place to throw it.
This management issue related to crowded cities spacial Cairo, and it start to solve now by collecting these litters by private companies. But it still problem till now, and i hope that changes in structure of capital Cairo helps to solve this problem.
But in other cities (like Alex, Almenia) you can not find this problem as in Cairo. Also for rural regions each farmer responsible to clean his land.
