What is the biggest "generation gap" in Egypt today between young adults and their parents? What is the biggest difference between your generation and your parent's generation (and your children's generation if you have children)?

  1. No doubt, different generations have different ways of thinking, but there is no big difference between my generation and my parents because they gave me advice and taught me much about the facts of life. On the other hand, my childrens' generation is very different because of life's pressures and variables.

  2. Thank you. I sometimes feel a huge generations gap between me and parents' generation and I don't know how to reduce the gap. Because they think they are right and I believe I am right too. What helps me is listening to their life experiences then it makes me understand them better. What do you think the way to reduce such gap between generations? What will you do if you feel that with your own children?
Do people use religion to reduce generation gap?
